The Brief

Three sister venues — restaurant, cocktail lounge, private events space — with a mostly-international clientele that called at every hour from every time zone. Hiring multilingual front-of-house to cover that window by humans alone was financially impossible. Voice AI was the only honest answer.

The Challenge

Cover four languages, around the clock, without sacrificing brand voice.

The economics were brutal. A multilingual reception team that could cover Italian, English, French, and German across all hours required a payroll the group couldn't sustain. The alternative — accept the missed calls and lost reservations — was bleeding bookings every week.

The non-negotiable was tone. These venues have a specific feel: warm, slightly playful, uncompromising on detail. An off-the-shelf voice bot would have burned the brand. Whatever replaced reception had to sound like the venue.
